Terms of Service

By using Fruitoku, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the game.

1. The Game

Fruitoku is a fruit-themed Sudoku puzzle game with:

• Single-player mode
• Rankings
• Multiplayer features
• Mailbox rewards and announcements
• Optional rewarded ads
• Optional in-app purchases for virtual coins

We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the game at any time.

2. Eligibility

You may use Fruitoku only if:

• You are legally allowed to do so in your jurisdiction
• You have the legal capacity to accept these Terms

If you are a minor, you should use the game under parental or guardian supervision where required.

3. Accounts and Data

Fruitoku may use device identifiers or platform accounts to:

• Save progress
• Sync data
• Operate rankings and multiplayer
• Prevent cheating, fraud, and abuse
• Deliver purchases, rewards, and game services

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and account access.

We are not responsible for loss of progress caused by:

• Deleting the app
• Device reset or failure
• Network issues
• Platform restrictions
• Unauthorized access to your device or account

4. Rankings and Multiplayer

If you use rankings or multiplayer features, your nickname, avatar, score, and gameplay results may be shown to other players.

You agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, or manipulate game systems
• Use automation or hacking tools
• Impersonate other users
• Disrupt multiplayer or server systems
• Use offensive or illegal usernames or content
• Attempt unauthorized access to other players' data

We may remove or adjust rankings or rewards if abuse, cheating, fraud, or errors are detected.

5. Virtual Items, Coins, and Rewards

Fruitoku may include virtual items and rewards such as:

• Coins
• Hints
• Auto-notes
• Mailbox bonuses
• Rewarded-ad rewards
• Other in-game rewards

These items:

• Are for use only inside Fruitoku
• Have no real-world cash value
• Cannot be exchanged for money
• Cannot be transferred outside the game
• May be adjusted, limited, suspended, or removed for balancing, security, fraud prevention, or service operation reasons

Virtual items may be earned through gameplay, received through rewards, obtained by watching optional rewarded ads, or purchased through Apple In-App Purchase where available.

6. In-App Purchases

Fruitoku may offer optional in-app purchases, including consumable virtual coins.

Purchases are processed by Apple App Store / Apple In-App Purchase. Prices, taxes, payment methods, purchase authorization, refunds, and billing support are handled according to Apple's terms and policies.

We do not process or store your payment card information. We may receive purchase-related information such as product ID, transaction ID, receipt data, validation result, and purchased coin amount in order to verify and deliver your purchase.

Unless required by law or Apple policy, purchases of consumable virtual items are final once delivered. If you believe a purchase failed or was not delivered correctly, please contact us at support@3kittens.cn. Refund requests should generally be made through Apple.

You are responsible for managing purchase permissions, parental controls, Family Sharing settings, and App Store account access on your device.

7. Advertising

Fruitoku may show optional rewarded ads via third-party providers such as Google AdMob.

Ad availability and rewards are not guaranteed and may depend on:

• Network conditions
• Platform rules
• Ad provider availability
• Backend validation
• Daily limits, cooldowns, or anti-abuse checks

Rewarded ads are optional. If an ad is unavailable, interrupted, not completed, or fails validation, the related reward may not be granted.

8. Third-Party Services

Fruitoku relies on third-party services such as:

• Apple App Store / iOS platform services
• Apple In-App Purchase and receipt validation
• Google AdMob
• Cloud backend services such as Firebase / Firestore or similar services

These services operate under their own terms and policies.

9. Service Availability

We do not guarantee that Fruitoku will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

The game may be interrupted due to:

• Maintenance
• Server issues
• Platform changes
• Network problems
• Third-party service failures
• External factors beyond our control

10. Intellectual Property

All content in Fruitoku, including design, code, art, audio, text, gameplay systems, and related assets, belongs to the developer or licensed partners.

You may not:

• Copy or redistribute the game
• Reverse engineer or modify the game
• Use game assets commercially
• Create unauthorized derivative works
• Circumvent technical or security protections

11. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, or manipulate gameplay
• Use bots, scripts, automation tools, or unauthorized software
• Interfere with servers, multiplayer systems, purchases, ads, or reward systems
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, devices, payments, receipts, or data
• Abuse refunds, rewards, mailbox systems, rankings, or multiplayer systems
• Use offensive, illegal, or misleading content
• Impersonate other players, the developer, or third-party services

12. Disclaimers

Fruitoku is provided "as is" and "as available".

We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted service
• Error-free operation
• Loss-free data storage
• Availability of ads, purchases, rewards, rankings, or multiplayer
• Compatibility with every device, operating system, network, or platform account

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• We are not responsible for loss of data, progress, rankings, rewards, or virtual items
• We are not responsible for service interruptions or third-party failures
• We are not responsible for App Store billing issues handled by Apple

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, for the service during the applicable period.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Fruitoku if:

• You violate these Terms
• You abuse, attack, or damage the service
• You engage in cheating, fraud, refund abuse, or unauthorized access
• Security, legal, platform, or operational issues require it

You may stop using the game at any time.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the game means you accept the updated Terms.
