How to Request Deletion

If you wish to request deletion of data you provided through support, feedback, or platform account features, please contact us by sending an email to:

What to Include in Your Request

To help us verify and locate your records, please include the following details in your email:

• Your in-game nickname or username, if applicable.
• The platform you used, such as WeChat Mini Game or iOS App.
• Your device brand and model, if relevant to the request.

What Will Be Deleted

Upon verification of your request, we will delete applicable records such as:

• Support messages and feedback associated with your contact details.
• Account-linked platform records if such features are available.
• Operational logs that can reasonably be associated with your request.

Local game progress and settings live on your device and can be cleared from within the game or by removing local app/browser data.

Processing Time

We take your privacy seriously and will process your request as quickly as possible. Data deletion requests are typically processed within 7 to 30 business days. We will notify you via email once the deletion is complete.
