How to Request Deletion

If you wish to request the deletion of your user data, game progress, or identifiers collected during game play, please contact us by sending an email to:

What to Include in Your Request

To help us verify and locate your records, please include the following details in your email:

• Your in-game nickname or username (if applicable).
• Your device brand and model.

What Will Be Deleted

Upon verification of your request, the following information will be permanently removed:

• Local game progress and settings.
• Device-linked analytics identifiers.
• Aggregated application logs associated with your device.

Some strictly anonymized or aggregated performance metrics may be retained for analytics and legal compliance verification purposes.

Processing Time

We take your privacy seriously and will process your request as quickly as possible. Data deletion requests are typically processed within 7 to 30 business days. We will notify you via email once the deletion is complete.
